When we arrived, because you made the necessary arrangements in advance for our group and those with special needs, we were able to start boarding immediately. I must honestly say that I never went through embarkation as fast as we did. We were informed that our cabins would be ready at 1:30 pm, and they were.
We were even able to grab something from the buffet prior to our initial meeting that evening that you scheduled for our group. As you instructed, I went to Guest Services to inform them that we were scheduled to have access to the Rhapsody Piano Bar, but our contact person, Tianna Golding, was there and she took over. She was excellent! She had each lounge prepped and ready for our group to use each day. All in all, it was a success: Tianna even arranged for us to be among the first to disembark.
We really appreciated the cider, chocolate covered strawberries, and tote bags that were waiting for us in our staterooms. What a very nice welcome gift from you! Thank you again for that, and for everything else you did to make this Retreat one to remember. On several occasions you went above and beyond what I took to be normal business procedures by driving out to meet and greet us on several occasions. And your preparing and printing our travel packages was a blessing. We are looking forward to doing business with you again. We all had a wonderful time during our family Disney World vacation. The room was great, as was the food. Everything you set up for me and the family worked out very well, much to our pleasure! All of the suggestions you made and the awesome itinerary you prepared really helped us navigate Disney World and allowed us to get the most out of our vacation. Your suggestions and tips saved us long waits in lines; the info regarding the meal plan (what a great deal!) really helped me to change my mind. I know I was very reluctant to invest in the meal plan, but I am very glad you provided me with the food comparisons, which helped me change my mind. It worked very well for a family of 5! Thank you for your considerate planning and your professionalism. You left no stone unturned and thought of everything to assist us to ensure we had a great vacation. I've just returned from our 7 Day cruise to Alaska, including a pre/post stay in Seattle. All I can say is, "Oh My Goodness!" The entire trip was beyond wonderful. Gwiin, many blessings and thanks for handling every single detail that made my experience in Juneau, Skagway, Victoria and Seattle simply AMAZING! It was the perfect time for travel to Alaska, The Last Frontier, and weather in Seattle was perfect. I thank you for all of your tips and the helpful itinerary you put together; the helicopter ride to the glaciers was majestic, and riding the train from Skagway into Yukon Territory was like reliving a Jack London novel. The cruise itself was excellent and the time spent on ship was very delightful; I had a blast! Sailing off to Seward’s Folly was truly the wisest choice to make. The hotel choices couldn't have been better; we had a great adventure using all modes of public transportation. Gwiin, thanks for everything! You’re a gift indeed to the travel industry.

I want you to know how much I appreciate all of your hard work and coordination; my birthday cruise and Gala at Sea was more than I had imagined that it would be. I have traveled in and out of the country on past birthdays, but this was the best celebration yet; spent with family, friends and colleagues. Gwiin was a wonderful travel consultant from start to finish. She offered prompt responses to my inquiries and always took the time to give thorough replies. She processed my payments in a timely manner and provided an invoice for each payment. She offered an upgraded room in the middle of the ship, taking into consideration that it was my first cruise and seeking to minimize discomfort from motion sickness. The amenities that she arranged in my stateroom: Carnival tote bag, sparkling cider, and chocolate treats were unexpected, but very much appreciated.
